Geko Technologies believes that there is a Right Solution for the Right Time. We feel that the days of full-blown one-year implementations are over. New projects need quick successes. Quick success can be obtained by delivering immediate benefits in the shortest period of time. Immediate benefits may not be the highest value; however, the quick implementation allows momentum to build up and provides a foundation for further enhancements to the system. We can deliver the best bang for your buck using our SMART approach. As part of our methodology, we scope out a project such that it can be delivered within 12 weeks or less. We feel that any time longer than 12 weeks, lessens the impact of delivering a quick success. After delivering the system, we review the effectiveness of the system based on the metrics of success defined prior to building the system. The assessment permits us to think about the next steps.
